Overview.

Tariqi is a sector-specific internship program whose aim is to lead to employment. This program is open to all students who have graduated and are seeking full-time jobs, it’s a unique employability scheme run in partnership with King Abdallah Fund for Development and Prince’s Trust International.

The program supports unemployed or underemployed young people and employers by providing young people with intensive employability skills training before moving into sector-specific skills training and a period of job shadowing, so young people can gain the real-world experience they need to move into sustainable paid employment.

Get Into – Tariqi Program

Intensive employability skills training.

Tariqi is two to six weeks long and supports young people aged 21-27 years old who are not in education, employment, or training and are looking for employment. It is suitable for those who are ready to work, but may lack skills or practical experience.

Completion of the program results in meaningful and sustainable employment for young people with employers that can deliver sustainable outcomes.
